Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish Recipes
Cranberry Glazed Haml (7 lb.) smoked, fully cooked ham half
1/2 cup Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on broiler pan lined with foil. Bake ham 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Brush on ham. Bake additional 45 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of ham registers 140 dgrees. Remove from oven. Let stand 15 minutes prior to slicing. Serves 25.
