Giff's Original Cranberry Ginger Chutney Recipes
Baked Brie In Pastry Appetizer1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
1/2 cup Giff's Original Cranberry Ginger Chutney
1 whole Brie (8 oz.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll pastry on lightly floured surfaced, increasing size by 1/3. Spoon Giff's Original Cranberry Ginger Chutney on top of brie. Place brie in center of dough. Cut a strip of dough from side of pastry to use for "ribbon" decoration. Bring dough up around brie gathering it together and pinching tightly to form a bag shape. Tie strip of dough around top of bag. Place on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Serve with crackers, sliced apple and red seedless grapes.
