Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa Recipes
Island Rice2 cups chicken broth (canned or homemade)
1 cup converted rice
1/3 cup Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa
In medium sauce pan combine broth, rice. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Stir once. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork. Mix in Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa.
