1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons walnut oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 head butter lettuce, washed, dried and torn into bite size pieces
In large salad bowl, whisk together Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa, vinegar, oil and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Add lettuce. Toss. Divide between 4 plates. Serve with Zesty Croutons.
