Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa Recipes

Cuban Grilled Sandwiches

8 tablespoons Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa
8 slices sour dough bread
4 slices roasted pork, purchased at supermarket
4 slices baked ham
4 slices imported Swiss cheese
12 dill pickle slices
Butter, softened


DIRECTIONS

1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Giff's Original Mango Spice Salsa on each bread slice.
2. On 4 bread slices, place pork, ham, cheese and 3 pickle slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
3. Butter both sides of sandwich. Heat a large heavy skillet. Cook sandwiches, two at a time, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
4. Slice each sandwich in half.
   
   Serve immediately.
   
   Makes 4 sandwiches.
