The Best Chicken Sandwich1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, pounded thin
1/4 cup Giff's Original Grill & Marinade Sauce
Whole wheat or sesame hard roll, split and toasted
Spicy mustard
1 whole canned green chile, split
2 slices plain or pepper jack cheese
1 thin slice red onion
Marinate chicken breast one hour in Giff's Original Grill & Marinade Sauce, turning to coat well. Grill, turning until thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes. Spread roll with mustard. Top with chicken, chile, cheese and onion. Serve immediately. Makes 1 sandwich.
