Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish Recipes
Giff's Original Turkey Meat Loaf1/2 cup Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- Bake in 375° oven 50 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Remove from oven. Allow to sit 5 minutes. Slice and serve with additional Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish.
Serves 4-6.
