Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish Recipes
Thumbprint Cheese Tarts2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish
Combine all ingrdients except Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish. Chill. Form dough inside mini muffin pans. Make deep thumbprint. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Spoon Giff's Original Cranberry Pepper Relish in thumbprint. Makes 3-4 dozen.
The tarts are also delicious filled with Giff's Original Jalapeño Pepper Relish, Cranberry Ginger Chutney or Mango Spice Salsa.
