Based in Connecticut, Giff's Original is a small specialty food company that produces a line of unique condiments and sauces developed for busy people with little time to spare. All of our products are fat free, low in salt, all natural and are as close to homemade as you are going to find without making them yourself.

Marie Gifford Hirschfeld is the owner of Giff's Original (Giff was her college nickname). She has spent over 25 years crafting her condiments and sauces for friends and family and working as a home economist and food stylist.

Over the last few years, Marie has made these condiments and sauces for friends and family and has given them away for holidays and other family events. In addition, she has sold Giff's Original at craft shows and fairs across Connecticut. It is only after much prodding from her friends and family that she has made Giff's Original available to the public.
